Mary Lynch
Mary LynchFounder of Futuration

Mary Lynch holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and Development from University of Leicester and a primary degree in Biotechnology from Dublin City University.

She is a highly skilled and dynamic organisational development consultant who has worked with a wide variety of Corporate, SME and public organisations in Ireland and internationally. Mary specialises in the areas of Culture Change, Strategy Development, Large Group Faciliatation, Team Coaching and Leadership Development. Mary is passionate about helping organisations to create a future of sustainable growth and become workplaces where people love to work. She has worked with companies including facebook, Abbott, eir, three, Stryker, Coca- Cola, Allergan, An Garda Siochana, Revenue Commissioners, Teva, Permanent TSB and Goal. Mary lectures with the Irish Management Institute, University of Limerick and University College Cork

Carol is a highly skilled, energetic communications and marketing professional who specializes in assisting organisations and the individuals within them to reach their highest potential. With 20+ years of Organisational Development experience working with Irish and global clients across private, public, and non-profit sectors her range of consulting areas including business development, leadership and management development, relationship management and team building and customer service and culture change. With a background in international retailing, Carol’s in-depth understanding of organisations and their people combined with her passions of creativity and ‘connecting to the customer’ results in her ability to design innovative and distinctively organisational – specific solutions for her clients.

Laura holds a primary degree in Applied Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources and Occupational Psychology. She is a highly skilled HR consultant who has extensive HR experience across multiple industries. She has 12 years HR leadership experience. Laura has worked with numerous leadership teams in building organisational capability and managing change. She has extensive experience mentoring leaders at middle and senior management levels. She has been involved in the design and delivery of leadership and professional development programs. Laura also has experience supporting organisations in building their HR infrastructure and developing HR strategy in line with organisational strategy. Laura has expertise in Strategic HRM, Managing Performance, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Organisational Change and Development.
Kathleen Sullivan
Kathleen Sullivan
Kathleen Sullivan is a leadership and organizational development consultant with over twenty-five years of international experience working in several industries across many cultures. Her corporate career has spanned managing electric utility call centre, customer service, engineering and IT operations to leading global IT and HR support organizations.
With a deep understanding of the interrelationships between people and operations, Sullivan uses that knowledge to help leaders create productive and healthy work environments. She has a fervent desire to bring compassion, humility and inclusion into the leadership conversation to create a new paradigm for power.
Core qualifications include leadership effectiveness, Talent & Organizational development, Culture transformation, Change and transition management, Creative employee engagement, Multi-cultural team-building and Conflict Resolution. Kathleen is co-author of the book “THINKLOVE Leadership ` A guidebook to Activate Your True Power”.

Olive Fives (MBA, BA, H.Dip.Ed) is an innovative organisational development consultant with experience in a wide variety of SME, public, private and third sector organisations in Ireland, Europe Africa and India in the areas of:

• Strategic planning, including organisational capacity & capability assessment
• Coaching & mentoring executives and managers
• Teaching & facilitation skills: Fulltime & adult students, and top management teams
• Designing organisational development solutions
• Project management skills/ interim/ transition management.

Olive continues her research into organisational development, with a special focus on reward structures at University College Cork, Ireland.

Edwin O Hora
Edwin O Hora
Edwin holds a primary degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Work & Organisational Psychology from DCU. He holds many years of top-level experience in senior HR management and executive HR leadership roles spanning the Distribution, Pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors. Edwin is adept at building relationships across organisations and thrives in environments which call for a strategic viewpoint coupled with a practical ability to deliver. Edwin works with a range of clients in multiple sectors and is skilled in growing organisations and making them scalable. He has expertise in organisation development and capability, developing and sustaining high performance and team management and development up to and including MD level. Edwin has worked successfully with a wide variety of clients primarily on the people side of growth and change management. Edwin is the Program Director for the postgraduate diploma in Organisation Development & Transformation at the Irish Management Institute (IMI) in Sandyford and, in addition to this, teaches on the Strategic HR diploma and the Leadership diploma at the IMI.
Jeff Turner
Jeff Turner
Jeff has been working in the Learning and Development arena for the past 20 years. During this time, he has worked with Lloyds Bank, Bank of Ireland, AOL, O2 and has been running the Learning and Development function firstly for EMEA and now for their International function over the past 8 years. Jeff was a founder member of the L&D function in Facebook and helped to design and develop all of their learning solutions.
